Hey there Curt, Congrats to your wife on the new Razr Maxx HD. The Droid X does not have a sim card, so I am a bit confused on what you are referring to. The Droid X did have a slot for a Micro SD card and the Razr Maxx HD does as well.
I have the same issue with the SD card. I had it with the RAZR HD and now with the RAZR MAXX HD. Card works just fine in other phones. I also have issues with it power cycling, locking ALL the time, dropping Wifi and 3G and prompting me to turn off data to avoid International data rates ( am ini the middle of the US). It really is a horrible phone.

Motorola Droid RAZR HD goes official, MAXX version in tow… If they made a MAXX for European networks...i'd be the first to buy it.Face it Moto just gives better hardware then Samsung...nevermind the software...Cyanogenmod is a MUST even on a Samsung.
